I run a pharmaceutical branding unit in Vikas Nagar, Lucknow — not a chain of vendors. You send a brand name and composition; my own team turns it into doctor-ready visual aids, pads and reminder cards, and ships them across India.

Who is Shubham Kumar? The founder of RX Design Hub — a pharma visual aid design and printing company in Vikas Nagar, Lucknow, running one in-house team for 1,000+ clients across India.

Why I started RX Design Hub

I got tired of watching good brands lose to bad hand-offs.

Here’s what I kept seeing: a pharma team would hire a designer, chase a separate printer, then a binder, then a courier — four vendors, four inboxes. Every hand-off meant re-explaining the brand and hoping the final print still matched the proof they approved three weeks ago. Deadlines slipped, colours drifted, and nobody owned the outcome.

I started RX Design Hub so every pharma company could present its products more clearly and create a stronger impact in front of doctors. One Lucknow team owns the whole process — page flow, artwork, printing, binding and dispatch. Proofs move over WhatsApp, and approved artwork stays on file, so a reorder is a short message instead of a fresh briefing.

One of our first clients started with an order of just 5 visual aids. Today, that company works with more than 50 salespeople, and its latest order was for 50 visual aids. That growth is the kind of long-term impact we want our work to support.

How I judge a visual aid

A doctor gives you 90 seconds. The page has to earn them.

accuracy check

Message before decoration

Composition, indication, claims and references must be checked before decoration. A gorgeous page is worthless if the medical message is unclear or overstated.

clarity check

One point per page

Each spread gives the MR exactly one talking point, so the story survives a rushed, noisy call instead of drowning in clutter.

finish check

Paper is part of the pitch

Weight, lamination and binding decide how the book feels on the 40th doctor call, not the first. A durable finish quietly signals a serious brand.

From first brief to sealed carton

How I stay involved, start to finish.

  1. 01

    Understand the brand

Brand name, composition, audience, format and deadline become one practical brief — no jargon, no forms.

  2. 02

    Shape the message

We build a page flow an MR can actually use in front of a doctor, not just a pretty layout.

  3. 03

    Control production

Printing, finishing and binding are checked against the approved design — in our own unit, so nothing is lost between vendors.

  4. 04

    Dispatch with clarity

The finished order is packed and shipped pan-India, with tracking details shared over WhatsApp.

About Shubham Kumar

Who is Shubham Kumar at RX Design Hub?

Shubham Kumar is the founder of RX Design Hub, a pharmaceutical branding unit in Vikas Nagar, Lucknow. He leads the team that designs, prints, binds and dispatches pharma visual aids and promotional print materials for pharmaceutical companies and medical representatives across India.

When did Shubham Kumar start RX Design Hub?

Shubham Kumar established RX Design Hub in Lucknow in 2024. The company brings design, printing, binding and dispatch together through one accountable team.

Why did Shubham Kumar start RX Design Hub?

He saw pharma companies struggle with inconsistent branding while coordinating multiple designers, printers and other vendors. He started RX Design Hub so companies could present their products more clearly, maintain a consistent brand identity and create a stronger impact through their promotional material.

What is Shubham Kumar's expertise?

His work focuses on pharmaceutical branding, visual aid design, page flow for doctor detailing, and print production. He connects a company's brand brief with practical choices about artwork, paper, finish and binding for materials used by medical representatives.

How is Shubham Kumar involved in client projects?

Shubham leads the brief-to-dispatch workflow: understanding the brand, guiding the page flow, reviewing production against approved artwork and coordinating delivery through the team. Clients can discuss a project with him through RX Design Hub's WhatsApp contact.

What was RX Design Hub's first client experience?

One of RX Design Hub's first clients began with an order of 5 visual aids. That client now works with more than 50 salespeople, and its latest order was for 50 visual aids. Shubham shares this story as an example of a continuing relationship with a growing pharma company.

How many clients and print jobs has RX Design Hub served?

RX Design Hub reports 1,000+ clients served and 5,000+ print jobs delivered. The client figure refers to billing parties, not individual orders: repeat orders from the same client do not count as new clients. These are company-wide figures for the team's work, not projects personally completed by Shubham alone.

Where is Shubham Kumar based, and can I visit the office?

Shubham Kumar is based at RX Design Hub, Sector 3, Vikas Nagar, Near RLB School, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226022, India. Message the team before travelling to arrange a suitable time for a visit or project discussion.

Pharmaceutical branding & services

What pharmaceutical branding services does Shubham Kumar's team provide?

RX Design Hub helps turn a pharma brand name, composition and approved product information into visual aids and supporting promotional materials. The team handles design, digital proofs, printing, finishing, binding and dispatch, with consistent branding across the materials in the order.

What products can I order from RX Design Hub?

Core products include pharma visual aids, prescription pads, chit pads, chemist books and reminder cards. The company also lists diaries, bill books and customised pens. Share your required products and quantities so the team can confirm specifications, availability and a combined quote.

Does RX Design Hub handle both visual aid design and printing?

Yes. Visual aid design, printing, finishing, binding and dispatch are coordinated by RX Design Hub's Lucknow team across its own unit and quality-focused partner presses. Clients review digital proofs before the approved artwork goes into production.

Does Shubham Kumar work with small pharma companies, PCD businesses and MRs?

Yes. RX Design Hub works with small and growing pharma companies, PCD franchise businesses and medical representatives, as well as larger teams. Share the number of brands, salespeople and copies needed so the proposed format fits the project.

Can I get a digital E-Visual Aid as well as a printed visual aid?

Yes. RX Design Hub offers digital E-Visual Aids alongside printed visual aids, using the approved design. Mention whether your team will present on phones or tablets, and confirm the file format, sharing method, device compatibility and digital delivery scope when requesting a quote.

Can the same branding be used across visual aids, pads and reminder cards?

Yes. The team can carry the approved logo, colours, typography and product information across a coordinated set of visual aids, prescription pads and reminder cards. Share existing brand guidelines and the complete list of materials at the start so the design brief covers the full set.

Where can I see Shubham Kumar's team's visual aid design samples?

The website has a visual aid design samples page showing examples of RX Design Hub's work. Share a sample you like and explain your brand, audience and presentation needs so the team can discuss a suitable direction for your own project.

Which visual aid sizes, finishes and binding options can I discuss?

You can discuss the finished size, page count, paper weight, matt or gloss lamination, premium finishes and binding such as hardbound, softbound, spiral or staple. Suitability depends on the specification, budget and how the visual aid will be used in the field.

Orders, pricing & approvals

How do I start a pharma branding or visual aid order?

Send RX Design Hub your brand name, composition, required products and approximate quantity on WhatsApp. Add your delivery city and deadline. The team can then discuss the format and design scope and prepare a quote before production.

What information should I send for visual aid designing?

Send the brand names, compositions, logo, approved product content and available pack images. Include any references, brand guidelines, preferred size, page count, quantity, delivery address and deadline. If you are unsure about the format, explain how many products and salespeople the material needs to support.

How much does a pharma visual aid order cost?

The cost depends on quantity, page count, size, paper, finish, binding, design scope and delivery. A short booklet and a hardbound multi-brand visual aid require different work, so request a written quote for your chosen specification.

What is the minimum order quantity for a visual aid project?

Small-batch projects can be discussed with the team. Confirm the minimum quantity for your selected size, finish and binding when requesting a quote; the practical production quantity depends on the specification. Share the number of copies you actually need, including whether this is a first run or a repeat order.

Are design charges and revisions included in the printing quote?

The quote should state the design work, revision scope, proofing and print preparation included in your project. These can differ between a single-brand job and a multi-brand catalogue, so confirm the inclusions and any additional work before approving the order.

Will I see a proof and be able to request changes before printing?

Yes. RX Design Hub shares digital proofs for review before printing. Check spelling, composition, logo placement, page order and contact details, then send consolidated corrections within the agreed revision scope. Give final approval only after the information and layout are correct.

Who should approve the product information and medical claims in a visual aid?

The pharma company's authorised team should supply and approve the product information, claims and references used in the artwork. Design proofing helps check presentation and accuracy against the supplied brief; it is not a substitute for the company's medical or regulatory review.

Can RX Design Hub supply visual aids for a growing or larger sales team?

Yes. Share your brand list, required copies and intended rollout date so the team can plan a bulk or repeat run. Larger quantities can spread printing setup costs across more copies; the quoted per-copy rate still depends on the final specification.

Delivery, repeat orders & contact

Does RX Design Hub deliver outside Lucknow?

Yes. RX Design Hub dispatches finished print orders across India from Lucknow. Share your delivery city, PIN code and deadline with the quote request so the team can confirm shipping arrangements for your order.

Can I complete an order without visiting the Lucknow office?

Yes. Briefs, design proofs and approvals can be coordinated over WhatsApp and email. Confirm the specification, quote, delivery address and approved artwork remotely before the team starts production.

How long will designing, printing and delivery take?

The timeline depends on the design scope, approval time, quantity, finish, binding and delivery location. Share any launch deadline before ordering and ask for the expected proof, dispatch and delivery dates. Courier transit time should be considered separately from production time.

How will I receive dispatch and tracking updates?

The team shares dispatch and tracking details over WhatsApp after the order is shipped. Keep your order reference and tracking details available when asking about a delivery update.

Can I reorder using previously approved artwork?

Yes. RX Design Hub keeps approved artwork on file for repeat orders. Share the earlier job reference and new quantity, and confirm whether any product information, contact details or specifications have changed before a reprint is approved.

Who should I contact about a delivery or print issue?

Contact RX Design Hub with the order reference, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant. The team can review the issue against the approved artwork, specification and delivery details and discuss the next steps for that order.

How can I contact Shubham Kumar at RX Design Hub?
