RX Design Hub ("we", "us") is a pharma print and design business based at Sector 3, Vikas Nagar, Near RLB School, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226022, India. This policy explains what we do with information you give us through this website, and applies to www.rxdesignhub.com.
Information you send us. When you use the enquiry form, WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, phone number, company name and the details of your print requirement, including any artwork files.
Information collected automatically. This website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads tags, which set cookies and record standard technical data — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. We do not receive your name or phone number from these tools.
The enquiry form on this website does not store submissions on our servers. It opens WhatsApp with your details pre-filled so that you send the message yourself.
We use enquiry information only to prepare quotations, produce and dispatch your order, and answer follow-up questions. We use analytics data in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.
Artwork, brand names and composition details you share are treated as confidential and are used only to complete your order. We archive approved files so that repeat batches match the original, and we do not reuse client artwork for other clients. Where we show work in our portfolio, we do so only with permission or after removing identifying brand detail.
We share information only where it is needed to deliver your order — for example, giving a courier company the delivery address and phone number. Our website is hosted by Vercel, and analytics are provided by Google. We may disclose information if required by Indian law.
Enquiry correspondence and order records are kept for as long as the business relationship continues and for a further period as needed for tax and accounting obligations. Approved artwork is retained so that reprints stay consistent; ask us in writing and we will delete it.
