Privacy Policy
What we do with the information you send us through this website, and how to ask us to change or delete it.

Who we are
RX Design Hub ("we", "us") is a pharma print and design business based at 3/334, Sector 3, Vikas Nagar, Near RLB School, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226022, India. This policy explains what we do with information you give us through this website, and applies to www.rxdesignhub.com.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you use the enquiry form, the online order page, WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, phone number, company name, city and the details of your print requirement, including any artwork files and payment proofs (screenshots, PDFs or voice notes).
Order page details you have not submitted yet. On the online order page, once you have chosen a product and typed your company name and WhatsApp number, we save those details with the quotation shown to you, even if you do not place the order. Our sales team may then contact you once on WhatsApp or by phone to help you finish it. If you do not want this, leave the page before entering your number or ask us to delete the record.
Information collected automatically. This website uses Google Analytics, Google Ads tags and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel. They set cookies and record standard technical data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. We use them to measure which ads lead to enquiries and orders. When you send an enquiry, place an order or report a payment, we may also share that event with Meta along with your phone number and city in hashed (one-way encrypted) form, so the ad platform can match it to an ad click. We do not share your artwork, brand details or payment proofs with these tools.
Enquiries, orders and payment proofs are stored in our order system (Google Firebase), payment proofs in our Google Drive, and a copy of the enquiry or order details goes to our sales CRM so the team can reply on WhatsApp.
How we use it
We use enquiry information only to prepare quotations, produce and dispatch your order, and answer follow-up questions. We use analytics data in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.
Artwork and brand material
Artwork, brand names and composition details you share are treated as confidential and are used only to complete your order. We archive approved files so that repeat batches match the original, and we do not reuse client artwork for other clients. Where we show work in our portfolio, we do so only with permission or after removing identifying brand detail.
Who else sees your data
We share information only where it is needed to deliver your order — for example, giving a courier company the delivery address and phone number. Our website is hosted by Vercel; orders are stored with Google (Firebase and Google Drive); analytics and advertising measurement are provided by Google and Meta. We may disclose information if required by Indian law.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence and order records are kept for as long as the business relationship continues and for a further period as needed for tax and accounting obligations. Approved artwork is retained so that reprints stay consistent; ask us in writing and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. You can stop analytics and advertising cookies through your browser settings or a browser extension. To make any request, email rxdesignlko@gmail.com or message +91 91291 72980.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
