Visual Aid Design Samples

Every visual aid design sample below was planned, designed, printed and bound in-house at our Lucknow studio, then dispatched to pharma teams across India. Look for the details that matter in the field: doctor-side readability, a molecule story that flows page to page, and binding that survives daily calls.

Formats you will see in these samples

Hardbound visual aids carry rigid cover boards and premium lamination - the format doctors associate with established brands. Spiral aids lie flat during detailing and are the everyday workhorse for large field forces. NTR gives a premium in-hand feel at a friendlier cost, and landscape layouts keep tables and clinical data readable from the doctor's side of the desk. For what each format costs, see our visual aid printing price guide; for how MRs actually use them in calls, read visual aid for MR.

What to check before approving any design

Whether you order from us or anyone else, judge a visual aid design sample on four things. First, doctor-side readability: can the dosage table be read across a desk without leaning in? Second, one message per page: a crowded spread means nothing gets remembered. Third, page flow: the pages should build an argument in order, not sit as disconnected posters. Fourth, print realism: a design that looks great on screen but ignores bleed, margins and binding gutter will disappoint on paper. Every sample on this page was designed with the press sheet in mind, because the same team that designs it also prints and binds it.

Sample and design FAQs

Can you match my existing brand colours and logo style?

Yes. Share your logo, brand colours and any existing collateral, and we design the visual aid inside your brand system. The samples above were built around each client identity.

Do you share editable or print-ready files?

You receive the final print-ready PDF with every order. Editable source files can be included as part of your design package. Confirm this when you take the quote.

How many design concepts do you show before finalising?

We first agree on the page flow, then present cover and inside-spread concepts with a defined number of revision rounds. Planning the flow first is why most designs get approved quickly.
