Leather Finish Diary
Sold in two formats: a B5 dated diary and an A5 non-dated notebook.
Customised Cover Diary
Sold in four formats: B5 Budget, B5 Standard, B5 Premium multicolour and an A5 non-dated notebook.
Page count
B5 Budget and B5 Standard have 300+ pages. B5 Premium has 370+ pages. The A5 notebook has 200+ pages.
Size
B5 is larger than A5. A5 is easier to carry in a bag.
Dated or non-dated
A dated diary follows the 2027 calendar. A non-dated notebook can be used in any month or year.
Where it earns its place
- New Year gifting to doctors. PCD franchise companies and mid-size divisions give diaries as a brand reminder in January. A dated diary stays in use through the year.
- A reason for the first call of the year. MRs can hand over diaries on January visits. The gift opens the call and puts the company name in front of the doctor.
- Partner and distributor goodwill. Third-party manufacturers and marketing companies also gift diaries to distributors, stockists and PCD partners.
- Notebooks that don't expire. A5 non-dated notebooks suit CMEs, conferences and MR meetings because they are not tied to one year.
- Compliance check. The UCPMP 2024 code lists diaries among permitted informational and educational items, with a per-item value cap. Check the current cap with your compliance team before you order.

- The size and format: B5 dated, B5 Budget, B5 Standard, B5 Premium multicolour, or A5 non-dated
- The page count of the variant you pick
- The quantity you order, from 100 diaries upward
- GST, which is added on top

From brief to dispatch
- Share your brief. Pick the diary and quantity in the online calculator and place the order. Start with a 50% advance, or pay in full upfront and get 1% off.
- Design. Our Lucknow design team collects your logo and brand details on WhatsApp. They lay out the cover and any branded areas.
- Proof approval. You receive the proof on WhatsApp. Approve it or send your corrections.
- Production. Printing runs on our partner presses. Our Lucknow team checks the diaries before they are packed.
- Dispatch. We pack the diaries and send them by courier from Lucknow, to any city in India.
