You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site functionality, or submit misleading, false or infringing content through forms, WhatsApp enquiries or any other contact method provided on the site.
All quotes shared by RX Design Hub are based on the information available at the time of enquiry, including product type, quantity, size, paper, finish, urgency and dispatch requirements. A quote is not a final confirmed order unless we have accepted the job and you have approved the relevant details.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and usage rights of any brand names, logos, compositions, claims, product details, documents or reference files shared with us. If you approve a design, proof, text or specification, that approval is treated as final for production purposes.
Payment terms may vary by order size, customer history and production scope. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any advance payment requirement, balance payment schedule and dispatch condition will be shared during the order process. Delayed payment may delay production, dispatch or future order acceptance.
Production and dispatch timelines are estimates, not guaranteed delivery commitments, unless specifically confirmed in writing. While we work to meet committed schedules, delays may happen due to approval hold-ups, artwork changes, material availability, transport issues, third-party logistics delays or events beyond reasonable control.
If you receive a product with a clear manufacturing defect or a mismatch against the final approved specification, please inform us promptly with photos and order details. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, may offer a correction, reprint or another practical resolution. No return, refund or reprint applies for issues arising from approved artwork, customer-provided content or normal print tolerances.
All existing trademarks, logos, brand names, product claims and proprietary content shared by you remain your responsibility and property or the property of their respective owners. RX Design Hub retains rights in its original layouts, concepts, site content, visual treatment, process material and other non-client proprietary assets unless otherwise agreed for a specific project.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RX Design Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from website use, order delay, dispatch delay, customer-provided content, approval decisions, business interruption or third-party courier issues. Our liability, where legally applicable, will be limited to the value of the affected order segment.
